Congregation Beth Ora is proud to invite the community to an engaging and hands-on First Aid Training Session led by Naama, Beth Ora’s Shinshinit.

This important community program is designed to give participants practical life-saving knowledge and the confidence to respond effectively during everyday emergencies. Whether at home, at work, or in public settings, knowing basic first aid can make a critical difference when every second counts.
Throughout the evening, participants will learn essential emergency response techniques in an interactive and supportive environment. The training will include:
- Basic First Aid Skills
- Choking & Emergency Response
- Hands-On Practical Training
- Everyday Emergency Preparedness
The session will be led by Naama, who brings four years of ambulance volunteer experience with Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency medical service. Her firsthand emergency response experience will provide participants with valuable practical insight and real-world knowledge.
