Holocaust Memorial Breakfast
with Angela Orosz-Richt

Congregation Beth Ora is honored to welcome Angela Orosz-Richt as the featured guest speaker for this year’s Holocaust Memorial Breakfast — a meaningful morning dedicated to remembrance, education, and honoring the resilience of Holocaust survivors.
Sunday May 31, 2026
Angela’s story is one of the rarest and most extraordinary testimonies of survival from the Holocaust. Born on December 21, 1944, inside the Auschwitz concentration camp, she was among the very few babies born there to survive until liberation. Of the several thousand infants born in Auschwitz, only a handful lived — making Angela’s survival nothing short of miraculous.
Today, Angela shares her firsthand testimony with audiences around the world, ensuring that the voices of survivors continue to educate and inspire future generations. Her courage and commitment to preserving Holocaust memory have also played a role in the 21st-century convictions of two former Nazis.
Through this powerful presentation, attendees will hear a deeply personal account of survival, resilience, hope, and the enduring importance of standing against hatred and antisemitism. Angela’s story serves as a profound reminder of both the horrors of the Holocaust and the strength of the human spirit.
Join us for this unforgettable and impactful community event as we remember the past, honor survivors, and reaffirm our responsibility to keep these stories alive for generations to come.
